Total cost is $499 (current members $199) Payments can be made upfront or weekly.

Notable dates are:

  • Thursday the 6th - Weigh in 7:30pm

  • Saturday the 8th - Weigh in 7:00am and First session between 11:00am & 1:00pm (Nutrition Lecture and workout)

  • Create Long Term Change Seminar - Thursday the 13th February 7:30pm

  • Challenge Workout - Saturday February 29th 8:00am

  • Team Challenge - Saturday March 7th 8:00am

  • Challenge Hike - Saturday March 14th 6:00am-10:00am

  • Thursday March 19th - Weigh in post challenge 7:30pm

  • Saturday March 21st - Weigh in post challenge 7:00am and Final workout and BBQ 11:00-12:30pm

Extra Sessions are not compulsory other than the weigh ins and kick off session, so if you have other commitments on any given session thats ok, the bulk of the training will be done in the CrossFit Classes.

There are 2 weigh in dates at the start and the end to allow for those who cannot make the alternate time or day.
