Membership Management

We understand sometimes you need a break for Holidays, business or work commitments when you physically cannot get to the gym no matter how hard you try. With this in mind we can pause and hold your membership. To add a pause or hold please complete the form below and we will process it asap. Now we ask for 2 weeks notice in case an email slips through to the keeper (meaning we miss it for some reason). Generally however we do get to it with 48hrs. 

We also can not add holds after the fact, meaning if you get slack and don't make it to training for the week you will not be approved for a hold for that week sorry.

Lastly, we use Wodify which is purpose built software for CrossFit affiliates. Wodify has a feature that when we add a hold and you have time remaining on your membership it automatically adds that time on when you return. Sometimes though this does mean your debit day changes so be mindful of that.

We also ask you visit our terms and conditions page for full info on pauses and fees etc. We are quite flexible but in certain cases we need to follow the dotted lines.
